The murder case against top Yoruba actress Bimbo Akinsanya, has being thrown out of court. Delivering the judgment this morning, Justice Isaac said that the prosecuting counsel could not prove its case against Bimbo. As a result, she was discharged and acquitted by the court.B
The actress was accused of an attempted murder on Rev. Dennah on October 28, 2011 at 20, Samuel Street, Akowonjo, Egbeda  Lagos. An excited Bimbo was seen leaving the court premises, as friends family and fans rejoiced with her.
